Complete preservation of the truss
We keep the complete and original truss, including all horizontal member bars, precisely matched and connected to the replaceable escalator structure for greater strength.

Special truss chord arrangement, narrower truss width
A special truss chord layout with chords installed in a reverse configuration, resulting in a truss width narrower than that of traditional chord arrangements.

Multi-section separation design for easier delivery
It adopts a multi-section separation design for upper & lower machine room, upper & lower steering section, and some center sections. Each section is less than 2.4m in length and weighs under 1,000kg, allowing easy transport with small vehicles, hand lift truck, elevators etc.

Embedded design for a seamless escalator upgrade
The original escalator truss and cladding are completely preserved, while the new EME escalator will be easily installed. This embedded design precisely matches the building structure, delivering a seamless escalator upgrade.

Minimal Impact
Thanks to its modular design, installation causes the least impact on the environment, requires no closure of the channels or entrances, does not interrupt commercial operations, and leaves the building structure unaffected.
Improved Strength
With its inherent structural integrity, the EME does not depend on the strength of existing trusses. When compositely connected with the existing trusses, its overall strength is significantly improved.
Flexible Installation
The modules can be easily handled and positioned at the installation site using common equipment such as small vehicles, manual forklifts, or elevators.
Standardized Serial Products
All components are standard parts used in conventional escalators, with no custom-developed components. This ensures the stability and reliability of the entire escalator.
High Reliability
Thanks to its fully integrated modular design, the EME can be assembled and tuned in the factory just like a conventional escalator. This results in the on-site installation time being reduced signincantly, making it ideal for standardized product series.

Supports all functional configurations of standard escalators while further enhancing performance, such as high-efficiency drive machines, predictive maintenance systems, and additional LED lighting applications.
Wide Applicability
Compliant with EN115-1:2017+A1 and GB16899-2011, and compatible with A5ME A17.1-2022. and Korean KS standards.

The embedded upgrade module is easy to disassemble and can be sustainably replaced or updated, making it an environmentally friendly, low-carbon solution.
